Every Saturday hundreds of people from around the Willamette Valley attend the weekly farmers market in Corvallis Oregon including dozens of venders selling their locally grown, harvested and crafted goods. The market is located along the river front on 1st street and is open every Saturday from 9 AM to 1 PM, starting in April the market runs through November. There is a ton of locally crafted goods and freshly harvested produce. Providing something for whatever you might be looking for.

From locally grown produce to honey harvested by local bee keepers, hand crafted jewelry to freshly made foods and even more, there is an incredible amount of goods available for purchase. Making it easy to support other locals in the Willamette Valley.

One of these local venders is The Bread Board a bakery located in Falls City Oregon, they make a large variety of freshly baked European style breads along with pizza and pastries. The owners John, who is pictured here in the green shirt, and Keith have been in business since 2009 and have been attending the Corvallis market for the entire 14 years they have been crafting delicious food together. You can visit them at the Saturday market in Corvallis, or visit their store front located in Falls city which is open Thursday through Saturday 4 PM to 9 PM.

Using local produce in making both their pizzas and pastries, they are happy to support other businesses in the Willamette Valley and creating a menu that is always fresh and new based on what is available seasonally. Their bakery also hosts one of the largest wood fire ovens in the state!
